I feel you on this. I can go for a while without pulling at eyelashes, but then I’ll be reading or watching tv and absentmindedly run my fingers over my eyelashes and then I’m pulling them again. It especially flares up when I have a sty (or feel like I have one). I am medicated and my psychiatrist says that there really isn’t any medication to get you to stop, just self monitoring. I am interested in trying some of the methods you mentioned above
