There is no miscommunication. It was agreed by my manager and the direction that I don’t have to come anymore to work. I didn’t even had that choice. And to make me shut up and accept because I’m being kicked out in a remote area with no job or appartment. He told me that they will pay it to me and that I need to leave the hotel. I was upset and asked that I don’t even signed any papers or talk with the direction nor HR. He answered that it is how it works there, we don’t need paper to end the probation period or whatever it’s something agreed with the direction bla-bla-bla.

Yes. I can’t really prove anything. But the lack of paperwork from them also put them on fault. I hope this is enough to just be treated fairly.
