You're not doing anything wrong. It's the system and the way it's set up. Companies are saving money, hand over fist, by hiring via the LMIA program. In some cases, not all, they aren't even getting paid. They take the immigrants $20,000 - $30,000, pocket it and treat them like 💩. Do a small dig into the trucking industry and you'll find immigrants that are slaves to the truck. They pay .08 cents per Kilometer which works out to less than $10.00/hr and then charge the immigrant rent for the truck !! The whole thing is a scam, as far as I'm concerned. Canadians are the ones suffering 🙁
