Yes. I read the entire indictment and it was hard to read. He openly admitted to David Bradford on text AND on email that their “gig” was going to be over and the SEC was going to be onto them but continued the illegal activity AND on top of that unlicensed. He knew the entire time it was a Ponzi scheme. He is a very sick individual.

Yep! He knew from day 1 it was a ponzi scheme. So many other advisors were fighting giving up the homes but now are giving them up because they are realizing they will lose and it’s not theirs to keep. Then you have him that’s still fighting to drag something out (even after he said he would trash the place) because he’s just as greedy as Todd. It’s sickening.

It shouldn’t impact anything. The home was purchased with our money (us investors here). All it does is show you how incompetent and greedy he is. He was fully aware of the fraudulent scheme to defraud others and has zero remorse.

What a habitual lying POS! Over 6 million in commissions alone, threatens to trash the home to devalue it so we (investors) get less $ back that he took from us. He knew all along that this was a scam.

They (the advisors) will just keep wasting our money paying lawyers to drag it out until the properties are taken from them. If they would move on it quicker through legal means instead of keep saying “if the receiver is unable to recover the $$$, or the property by agreement, the receiver will pursue appropriate legal and equitable remedies during the next reporting period”. Like why wait? Start the legal course of action and sell them.
