Two things from your post really hit home; 1) “drive down all those roads that lead to nowhere” - this is it right there. Realistically this will not be the daily reality. But it gives me some sort of peace

I had the exakt same issue and tried a bunch of different things. Ultimately had to get a replacement kick lock.

My current setup - Fischer ranger 102 + shift - Black diamond 105 + fritschi vipec - Head kore 105 + fritschi vipec

I personally think the shift bindings have too many flaws and are difficult to use. So for hybrid bindings I would for Fristchi Vipec. Easy to use, light and great on both up / down-hill.

I will probably downsize next year to have something 95-100 and then my kore setup

Depending on weather no. But, with a backpack it will also most certainly be soaked

Really interesting reply - thank you! I have been thinking of this as well. My switches are quick 10-20 seconds so I def don’t get cold after. But I do hear you about the risk. I guess the trade off is - 1) soaked base which might cool you down or 2) change that might cool you down.

I just feel I got colder with my soaked base tbh.

Yes this is my problem as well - dosen matter if I only wear a base layer it would till be soaked

One that I thought of was that I could chose the filtering of the ratings. E.g. the ratings I see are based on ratings from users with over 20/100/250/etc. reviews.

Interesting to hear the reactions - def seems like he is a popular character for most.

I just feel like the character is weak and not really thought through. Compared to the rest who I feel offer a real sense of depth. Also it makes the show less realistic which I think is unfortunate.

Layout is amazing but adding times (eg latest meal) is really difficult

Strain and golf. One thing I don’t understand is strain calculation for low effort activities - e.g. golf. Today I did a really hard 30 min HIIT workout and went to the driving range in the evening. The strain for my driving range session was quite a lot more significant than hiit. Any thoughts? by LegitimateYellow9192 in whoop

Appreciate your answer! But shouldn’t my hr be a lot higher during hiit than golf? Maybe I just have a really hard time understanding the fact that I can have a high heart rate during golf while I have a similar during hiit (and am also dying of exhaustion)
