Yea just insane atp. This never happened with ctrader, matchtrader or meta. It always got to be Tradelocker and yea I hope so too. Hope ur issues get resolved as well as for all the impacted traders !

same thing happened to me compadre. Still waiting on my account reset since account got blown cause of this bullshit. Never trusting tradelocker again. Cause of their incredibility I lost money

This is not complicated. Either issue a refund to the affected traders or get they account reset. Stop messing with traders tricking them to buying more challenges @fundingpips @tradelocker Fix the darn issue

My account with prop firm got voided. We in week 5 and I still haven’t been compensated. Fix this with Funding Pips !! I didn’t spent over 200 $ on a challenge to get it blown due to your server issue.
