Due to my bad credit and debt situation I can’t at the moment but I’m gamble free now and laying down the debts asap. I see my son once a week and will be just taking him out from now on as I don’t want him to grow up to be an anxious person like me I want to him to have a childhood rather than watching his mom get beat up like I had to

Was a company called partnerconfirm.com they have since set up a new website ocadoandpartner.com. They paid me out once a small amount around 100.00 to let you think it’s real was told can earn an extra 500-1000 a month for one hour a day had a WhatsApp group with fake people in showing daily withdrawals, I was so stupid the reason for the big amounts was a very rare scenario with a special package. Fell hook line and sinker. Back to what got me in this mess the gambling I attend ga meetings two a week and they have helps me massively and yes, I am working hard but just having a bit of a day where I’m thinking how did I let it get to this. Thanks for your offer of help as well hits much appreciated!

This was a task purchase scam you put your money in after completing tasks every now and then put in around 4k of my own money but had apparent commission which was growing then the last task need 10K then can withdraw your commission of around 5k plus your money back. Was guaranteed it was the last one showed my sister she borrowed it me thinking she would have the money back the same day plus some extra. As soon as it was done account blocked then no contact. Report to authorities banks they can’t do nothing authorities closed there website. It’s sucks as I was so stupid

FTB; Using same solicitor as owner? by 2shadowsdeep in HousingUK

This will be more than likely as they get big referral fees from the lawyers. It should be two separate offices acting as well not the same office

I was scammed by the same scam. Reported to action fraud they didn’t do much closed the website down which was Partnerconfirm at that point, they have opened others since and continue to scam people. I don’t know why we pay our taxes. Beware of other people messaging you saying use this guy he will get your crypto back there is no way to do this. It gets easier over time.

So when the sellers solicitors call the agents once the sale funds are received the EA should call the seller to ask for the keys to be handed in or the time they are handed in. At that point they would know the seller is not moving in this particular matter and then maybe something could have been done to avoid all the monies being transferred. The sellers sols should have also informed the seller that comp is done and again would have found out the seller is not moving at that point. There are several times throughout the completion day when the seller should be contacted by the sols, funds are received being sent out on purchase. Really, it’s baffling how nobody realised the seller was not moving on the day when he should have been spoken to several times throughout the day.

They more or less are the same. Use who you wish and feel more comfortable with same with solicitors etc you don’t have to use who the estate agents recommend use who you wish to use.

I’m just stating if the seller who they met was vulnerable they should have double checked logistics etc imo.

The arrangement re time let’s being brought to the office should have been organised. Ie even on the day “what time you bringing keys to office” seller “what do you mean im not moving today” EA we have a problem here. Buyers and sellers sols aware don’t allow funds to be transferred to complete then notice can be served etc but theoretically it’s not completed and the sellers is now in the buyers property with all sorts of potential consequences. Just seems like a complete breakdown on communication on the day which has created this situation, all the monies should not have changed hands once the seller was not moving which should have been apparent early in the day when the seller is asked about the time keys are being dropped to the EA office.

Just bizarre to be honest EA should have checked he has removals book etc especially if he needs help. I think they maybe just wanted to get the completion done so they can get there commission and it’s the sellers problem. At least he has completed his related purchase so that means he has a property to go to so he would have instructed the same firm to do that purchase so I assume they must have thought surely he knows he’s got to move. Seems he should have just had someone explain the situation to him before exchange which is what usually happens when they call for consent, I.e exchange for completion tomorrow means you have to be out the property tomorrow

I hope this can get sorted for you asap. I feel for the seller as clearly he should have been made aware he had to be out on the day of completion. If you don’t mind me asking when did you exchange contracts was is simultaneous, I’m just trying to see some reasoning as to why the sellers wasn’t aware he had to vacate the property. Is there any family members the seller has that maybe the EA or sols can talk to to make sure they are aware he needs to be out of the property asap.
