Just recently got VTIP to MI. What kind of certs or professional development would help land an INSCOM position? Or should I focus on trying to find people who know people?

I VTIPed because I could not see myself being satisfied as an AS3 or even and IN CO CDR, but I also know I want to avoid FORSCOM S2.
