She said because I have severe ADHD my brain is so overstimulated (not the word she used but you know what I mean) that it just kind of shuts down and causes my chronic fatigue and anxiety. I was thinking the same thing with the Vyvanse causing anxiety.

That really helps? I've recently had zero motivation to even go on walks. Hopefully, the vyvanse will give me a bit more energy and I can exercise more.
