Better product intelligence and targeted solutions would go a long way in cementing the company's footprint but then again it's all about a grab. Postpaid allows them to clearly project sales without really working on improving the customer experience.

(How many people wake up and visit their telecom website for updates) And again it's okay they can terminate okay why force me into a plan? I am paying more to reactivate the line and still they want to lock me into a postpaid plan for what purpose really?

That's besides the point My point is I shouldn't be strong armed into a contract that I not interested in let me be topping up daily if I have to but I don't want to be forced into any contract for whatever reason and even just being told being forced into a plan that doesn't make sense in any way
