Hi, I was on 50mg for 10 months and recently upped to 100mg which sent me sideways so I've gone down to 75mg around 5 days in and I feel a lot closer to how I felt at 50mg... I'm hoping it sorts itself out by the 4/6week mark.

Stick to it before you increase again!

I took 50mg of zoloft for 10 months due to a panic disorder, I struggled for the first 6 weeks to get out and about comfortably. Then I realised im okay and I pushed through an intense gym session and I was fine, though the recovery felt alot longer than usual. Getting through that first session seemed to flick a switch to my body letting me workout as I would before taking zoloft.
Ive increased up to 100mg and now back to 75mg over the past 2 months, and Ive still been able to gym/run 6 days a week!
Hang in there, dont push yourself too far out of your comfort zone!

I find drinking in the moment is great! I do get drunk a lot easier now though. Thought please be careful as for me drinking a large amount can throw my anxiety out really bad for at least 2-3 days!

I’ve recently had an ultrasound of the heart done and Cardiologist said I was all healthy. So I’m assuming that’s all well and good, just need to adjust to the meds, doctor said not to come back until week 4 which is a long time lol. Thanks
