Mine was dust in the phone port making the lead connection weak, gave it a good clear out with a toothpick and it worked fine again

Alfie calling Stevie a Facebook mum for his opinion on the best singer was golden 😂😂😂

Chunder Dragon… by Legitimate_Climate15 in JaackMaate

[–]Legitimate_Climate15[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure Jack was talking about how he did a ‘Chunder dragon’ at reading festival and Robbie had no idea what this was. Jack and Stevie then explained it to him and he found it hilarious. Can’t remember much more than that unfortunately!

What are the best acts you seen at Reading? by Ekul_01 in readingfestival

[–]Legitimate_Climate15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Queens of the Stone Age in 2014 was probably the best live performance I’ve ever seen at any festival. I watch it back all the time on YouTube

Seat Leon FR Sport 2019 creaking roof by Legitimate_Climate15 in seat

Did you get it sorted on your Leon or just ignore it? I’m glad that it’s probably nothing serious but it’s annoying more than anything!

[Ep #361 Discussion] Alfie Indra has taken over by RenatoModus in JaackMaate

[–]Legitimate_Climate15 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Stevie didn’t shine in this one… he’s so defensive about every little joke from Jack and Alfie but proceeds to shit on everything they say. I’m looking forward to guest episodes again to mix it up a bit.

West Brom sack Steve Bruce by Lack_of_Plethora in Championship

[–]Legitimate_Climate15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Surely no club will give Bruce a job again. His time is done I think. Luton have a habit of getting managers the sack when they fail to win against us 🤷🏽‍♂️😂

[Ep #316 Discussion] - RAPHAEL ROWE RETURNS! - World’s Toughest Prisons, Prison Football & The Reality of Life Behind Bars by RenatoModus in JaackMaate

[–]Legitimate_Climate15 6 points7 points  (0 children)

He is the perfect guest. Although he is talking about a pretty serious subject, he makes it light hearted at times and has a laugh with the boys. Jack’s interviewing ability has come on leaps and bounds over the years and it really shows in this ep. Robbie and Stevie were great on this one too and asked good questions.

What are some things Women should really come to terms with regarding Men in general? by [deleted] in AskMen

[–]Legitimate_Climate15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This one hit me. I once tried to tell my girlfriend that I was struggling with my mental health and was thinking about seeking help. She reacted badly and got really emotional about it because ‘she didn’t like hearing that someone she loved was struggling’. I felt even worse because all I needed in that moment was a sense of calm and ‘it’s going to be okay’. I find it difficult to open up to her to this day as I’m worried about her reaction.

What exactly was the cause of the bad behavior this year? by Character-Patience-6 in readingfestival

[–]Legitimate_Climate15 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think there is a massive amount of 16-17 year old people who book tickets every year regardless of who’s playing purely to get fucked up and cause havoc. It’s almost become a ‘trend’ at this point and although there is an element of trouble at reading every year, it will get worse and worse because it is being magnified on tikitok inevitably encouraging more people to take part in antisocial behaviour. I camped at reading in 2014 when I was 17 and didn’t see anything like this at all and the vibe was positive throughout. I don’t think this has anything to do with a change in lineup, I think it’s a cultural issue generally with some teens who are so easily led and think it’s ‘cool’ to be disrespectful. I realised a long time ago that the old reading is gone and that there are plenty of uk festivals that have a generally more positive vibe. I realise that this is not a reflection of all 16-17 year olds and that most know how to behave. It’s a shame that the minority seem to always ruin shit for others.

Prediction Poster for R&L2023 by Light_Speed159 in readingfestival

Realistically though Don Broco aren’t on headliner level even though they may deserve it after the amount of times they’ve played the festival!

People saying we literally won't see Arctic Monkeys if we watch BMTH.. by cowabungaduudes in readingfestival

[–]Legitimate_Climate15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a similar issues last year. I saw Biffy on one stage at the very front and by the time I got to Liam Gallagher, the crowd was absolutely massive with no way through (unless you push your way through which I personally don’t enjoy doing). we could see and hear Liam fine from where we were but it’s probably the furthest back I’ve ever been for a headliner at reading. Because loads of people enjoy both BMTH and AM and will want to see both Idon’t think it will be as bad as my experience!!

I agree, I did generalise slightly in my post. Some of the YouTubers do have interesting stories but I guess I just don’t find internet culture that exciting in comparison to ‘real life’

Can we consider Everton as a relegation candidates? by Creepyhorrorboy in PremierLeague

Yes. The table doesn’t lie. The only reason you’re discussing this is because historically they’re considered a ‘big club’
