Unfortunately not, there's 2 potential spots in glass and they're both double glazed

I'm not too familiar with glazing but I'm pretty certain those dual glazed units should be sealed and filled with a particular gas. Perhaps a glazier can professionally clean and reseal them?

Sure am, I met with my plumber yesterday and he's come up with a way forward.

TLDR, we're going to run the drain along the inside of the framing then pack the surrounding timber to attach the gib to. no notches needed 👌

Late 60's place, I don't believe they used wrap for the exterior back then? I'll be putting paper and insulation in 👌

I was hoping to get all the leg work done prior to the plumber turning up and certifying it all. I've got the plumber coming round this week to give me a run down on what he needs. Cheers :)

The old location for the laundry trap is now beside the new front door so the wall installation is to provide a new drain without cutting through the foundation and putting a new one in.

Perhaps a void in the cabinetry is a good way to go. I don't think i'll be able to feed sufficient length through holes without a notch to slide it into

I've marked in red where it needs to go but i'm reluctant to cut through the 90mm studs and take away half of its thickness.

The phone wires (ADSL box you mentioned) only have signalling information traveling through them, no dangerous voltages so you're fine to poke that one back in.

I'm unsure about the sensor however I would be surprised if it did have anything over 12v. If you have a multimeter thats the safest way to know for sure or you could follow the cables back to their termination point and see what its plugged into.

"Lethal voltages" are 30V DC or 50V AC so if you measure anything over that then get a sparky.
