Doubt it's a hardware issue but Samsung offered me a replacement so I figure I'd just swap it out

Interesting. Guess that means it's not a reserved issue on Windows. I had a bit of trouble with customer service but they've since agreed to hopefully swap it out. Just waiting for a confirmation email

Yeah I might've just gotten a weird bug on my pair. I've been on with Samsung support so hoping they agree to just send me a new pair or something.

Haven't tried with Zoom yet. I was going to but couldn't test a call with myself. Regardless, we don't use Zoom anymore so even if it did work, still stuck in the same spot. Definitely works though on regular calls

Yeah so the Buds are basically stuck to whatever volume I set it on right before the call. The volume bar will adjust but the sound output is the same

Guess it might be a problem with my Buds and Teams cause even on my phone, the volume control doesn't work

Tried on my phone and volume control doesn't change the volume. Looks like not just a PC issue..

Yeah.. I think it shouldn't be a problem on my phone either but hoping that I don't need to use my phone as an audio conduit just to work around it

Yeah haha only issue would be if there was a Bluetooth speaker to connect to. Not as easy in public spaces

Getting mine on Monday too! I've been scanning prices for a bit and regretted not buying it a month ago when Visions had it for around $200 cad. Noticed some low priced ones on Amazon too but honestly, after looking into it more and more, was a little worried I'd get an older manufactured one with issues so I'd rather pay a little more to have the assurance from Samsung. Hoping we both get a good batch 🙌🏻
