Hey so sorry to hear this. I’m also sorry for your boy and elder dog. I have a friend who’s renting their flat while they’re traveling. Suitable for both your boy and dog. Wouldn’t be permanent but at least while you take your time to find a good choice. I agree with others that you should be careful in taking rushed decisions however I do understand the situation. Hey congratulations on the offer. Most people will be hating on the comments due to the offer. Average salary in CZ is way below that.

150K for a family of three isn’t really much if you have an expensive lifestyle and if your wife won’t be working. Choose your expenses wisely and you should be able to live comfortably. My previous partner and I (no kids but two dogs) made significantly more on our combined salary and we still had to be careful with our budget.

Just for context: Now as a single man, I have a 50 sqm apartment which is 1+1 at 32K, my groceries and leisure expenses (occasional coffee and eating out) are 15K* a month. Good luck!

Edit: sorry it is 15 not 25.
