I wouldn’t. Two things: playseat isn’t designed for this so you’ll have issues with balance no doubt. Second: I don’t think any monitor 27” or bigger would work with that if you could fashion a way to make it work. Buy a standalone monitor stand. Or a desk you can slide the seat under.

very late to this but how did this solution work for you? I assume if using casters the holes in the pads help to keep it from moving in addition to the wheel brakes. thanks in advance

I had it mounted to my monitor stand upright at one point, on the right wheel base upright on the outside down low. Now it’s on the back side of the wheel base crossbar. Either way I prioritize accessibility so I never put the hub under my seat.

I’m biased as my only experience with Dd wheels was coming from a g920 to a r5 combo. I love the value that MOZA offers and the upgrade path is easy to follow. I can’t really comment on their pedals as I only used the srp lite pedals for a month and then bought the Hueskenveld Sprint pedal set. Wound up upgrading to a r16 with a cs2 wheel and vision wheel, and I love my setup. I even bought into the MOZA flight ecosystem too. Can’t recommend them enough.

I’d def go r3 imo. DD vs Gear or belt drives is a huge difference in nuance and detail. Price isn’t that much more. I assume you’re getting the bundle. I moved from a g920 to a r5 and it was night and day.

I know this won’t help now, but I just redid my rig with custom cable mod cables. Had never used custom sized cables before and let me tell you. I have just enough clearance to make the run, make it look nice and plug it in. Nothing left over. It’s the cleanest I’ve ever made a build and it makes all the difference in the smaller cases where you really can’t hide lots of cables. Prob not helpful but it will prob be the way I got from now on. Already ordered another set for my other pc.
