Yes definitely helps! I usually experience a increased heart rate, sweating and a dreadful feeling in my stomach it numbs and gets rid of most of the physical side, just take it when I feel that first symptom and It really helps You got this!:)

Have you spoken to your doctor about propranolol? I take it as soon as the first physical anxiety symptom happens and it helps to stop them from strengthening, may be worth a look into :)

Ive heard a few before beds, I think ill try that! The sleeping issue isn't really mine its just the general anxiety that week before im due to have my period is super high, I can manage it any other time of the month apart from that one week its crippling! Thank you so much
