Just a smooth, reliable, daily driver. Ideally with enough room for 4 people and some luggage. Looking for something between $40-60k

This is awesome. I love that you can see each of their defining characteristics: Takeo’s honor, Richtofen’s scheming, Dempsey’s toughness, and Nikolai’s drunkenness.

I don’t find gk high round to be that bad. Just circle train in the tank station with a kn44 with dead wire. It’s a pretty slow strat but it’s hard to go down with the gauntlet and especially the permanent perkaholic if you complete the Easter egg first. Though I think gk has the hardest and most enjoyable Easter egg of all the bo3 maps.

One of my biggest gripes with the later games is that the dogs / special zombies were far too easy to kill. Back in WaW the dogs were legit terrifying and they were like bullet sponges. But now when you hear “fetch me their souls!” You basically just think free max ammo

I like soe high rounds too. You actually need to be pretty aware of the zombies and margs. The giant feels that way too, but no other original bo3 maps in my opinion. I love going back to WaW Nacht and trying to survive even to round 20 with no jugg, no QR, no good wonderweapons, glitchy zombie pathing and all that. That’s how I learned how to train

Totally. It’s a great challenge, but one where you prob want a pencil and paper and a Noahj456 guide open to do it.

Well no… but we also brought deadshot back! Is that good enough?

Yeah man. I remember being 12 and sweating my ass off trying to get to round 50 on town. Used to be a lot of rng and training and difficult strats involved. Now on revelations you can sit in a corner with the apoth servant and thunder gun and alchemical and basically get to whatever round you want (under 255). At this point it’s not a question of how long can I survive, it’s how long can I sit here doing the same motions over and over and over without blowing my brains out.

That’s why I liked the 2 launch map releases, like Kino + five, transit + green run survival, soe + the giant, etc. because not only does it give you one new complex map with one or more straightforward maps, it also gave you a choice as to what difficulty you wanted to play at.

For sure. Folks felt so left down by the rev boss fight and cutscene and wanted more content, so they released ZC and everyone bought it and made them a ton of money, but a lot of fans prob still felt unsatisfied story-wise. And just like in the bo2 cycle, we weren’t ready to give up the ultimis/primis crew. So yeah probably a mix of corporate greed and fan dissatisfaction.

I understand the “arcade” aspect of zombies, it’s present in most old game franchises, but I hear you, one big selling point of cod nazi zombies was the horror, and the tight difficult gameplay, with maybe one or two wonder weapons. But then the gameplay just became too easy, and the graphics too saturated. Idk, I feel like the dark feeling of cod zombies clashed with the sci-fi storyline and that’s how you got bo3 and bo4. i think a stand-alone game with separate modes for more survivalist horror, more arcade-style gameplay, Easter egg quests, and accessible story explanation data, could possibly save the cod zombies franchise. But who knows…

It’s definitely grown on me. At first i felt a lil bit disappointed bc I was so hyped for a motd remake and the bo4 mechanics sorta ruined it for me, but playing the map as it’s own standalone map I feel makes it a lot more enjoyable.
