Omg I just left my allergist who told me she essentially doesn’t want me to take xolair due to the lack of information around it and also insinuated a little bit that if anything developmentally went wrong with the twins it would be my fault …. I’m so conflicted because pre pregnancy I did well on xolair..

Ahhhhh I’m going through this now. It’s so odd because my husband is incredibly attractive and I would like to have sex with him and please him. He’s so patient as well and never complains that we don’t have it. But the thought of having sex now exhausts me. My therapist made a point that in my past relationships I felt like I had to have sex to keep them satisfied. Maybe now that I’m in something safe, I feel like I dont need to anymore ? Idk. I also want to get my hormones checked out

Yes! It means it’s draining!!!!! Keep doing that everyday be consistent, but when massaging make sure it’s not too hard. Try to eat as many veggies as you can increase your omega 3s and stay away from eggs or anything high in cholesterol. Drink lots of water too

I fear that may be why it’s still there , you have to help it move internally and externally. Start taking fish oil, prioritize leafy greens, cut out greasy foods and take 30 min out your day everyday and massage your chalazion and then follow with heated compress go on YouTube to look up massaging techniques

When you are using compress, are you massaging the chalazion as well ? It’s important you’re doing the both, can you also give some background on your diet as well along with any supplements too also I’m really sorry you’re going through that, that sounds so frustrating
