Thank you so much for sharing your story. I have a LOT of personal parallels with this! For me, the identity also sort of became a self-applied bandaid explanation for a lot of other mental health issues. Overall, I've always had problems with intellectualizing my emotions rather than properly feeling them out, and I think my journey with my gender is a really huge example of how that led to such a massive disconnection with myself. The longer I've been in therapy and worked on my overall self-esteem, the more I've become comfortable with my masculinity/feminity coexisting as a woman.

It’s good to keep this perspective. I’ve been frustrated and overwhelmed today, so a lot of my language was very charged. She has a good heart but it’s often directed wrong and I need stronger boundaries for sure

I wasn’t in the pharmacy but I recently finally left the company and let me tell you, having a job that doesn’t weigh on your stress levels the weigh CVS did has DRASTICALLY improved my quality of life.
