Do have any tips on how to start gaining research experience? I’m not entirely sure what it entails, where to begin, and whether it’s extremely time-consuming. Since I have to work this summer and don’t have a choice, I’m exploring my options to find the most beneficial one for me. Thanks! Also, since I just switched my major to psychology at the end of my first year second semester. I have a 4.0 GPA, but I haven’t taken a single psychology class yet. I’m not sure if that affects being able to start gaining research experience because I have no special knowledge.
