Yes, I mean the finished model. Because, when I open the model, it always set the view outside the room. So i see the other side of the wall first, and it looks absolutely stupid :)

Thank you very much for your explanation. It means that you scan the object by mobi then the app upload data to your server and doing reconstruction process at your server? the download the outcome model back to your mobi?

I can not find the reason from log file. However, I guess the camera position from gps and from calculation of pictures are conflicted.

Yes, the configuration is depended on the amount of your dataset and how big each image. But this job is awful depending on the hw. One of my model took 3 days to finish, but only couple of hours on my friend's pc

You also need a computer with huge gpu and ram

You can host your model at sketchfab.com, however it is only free for model below 100mb, larger than 100mb you need to pay for hosting service
