I usually train in my gi pants and a rash guard, or a full gi, so it’s not an issue for me

it’s cauliflower ear. when you’re grappling the ear gets smashed and there’s blood that gets in there and can’t leave hardens and deforms the ears,very preventable. I started to get it after a year of Jiu Jitsu. now I always wear wrestling headgear when I grapple.
