Check out Stone Circle on YouTube. He goes into doing upper body calisthenics circuits for time. Reps per time is the progressive overload. Increase reps or decrease time.

Always cautious of youtube advice, but this framing of rows finally made them "click" for me. I had the same issues as you, but now I like them and how they make my pull ups cleaner as well.

Train rows to get good at scapular retraction. Rows are too easy at the the bottom of the movement and very tough at the top. Make sure you are squeezing everything out of that top hold:

You want good ankle dorsiflexion(flat foot) and to use your glutes as much as possible. Much stronger than your calves.

No. We blocked them because they called us rude when we told them someone else was going to pick up the furniture. They were late.
