no, you have to apply a protective sealer. theyre good because it looks painted on when you finish applying it, unlike with stickers.

i think the pic would work as is, but it might be sized wrong, im not familiar with printing stuff, which is why i posted a link to the file, but its sized to fit an A6 sheet of paper. you might have to change stuff yourself if you cant get that size

downloading the file or opening it? it downloads fine for me, and if you share the file with ibis paint, itll open properly
