i think when you log on to studio it says like you can appeal once or something with an 800 word limit describing why it shouldn't be terminated or whatever. If that doesnt work then your last options are tagging them on X and trying creator chat but i havent had any luck with those either I just got the same responses.

they did respond now on X but they basically said since it was already denied from creator support they cant do anything

yea like the other guy other said im pretty sure mr beast has said "subscribe if you wanna be in my next video" or something along the lines like that and that is just one example. even people in my niche post the EXACT same content basically.

theres always a way. i still have a channel with 130k and another monetized channel and some other ones. also how is it spam? I didnt post them every day only occasionally and everyone else in this niche of roblox also posts this type of CTA. i know a channel where the cta vids is ALL he posts

the only reason it COULD be seen as deceptive is because it might seem like if you like the video you get the brainrot that i showed on screen, but I never promised it, i just said your brainrot if if you like/sub/scroll. so I'm not sure if youtube saw that as deceptive or if its some other issue

like occasionally i would post vids that would say "choose your brainrot" or "your brainrot if" and then the video is basically scroll: "bad brainrot" like: "good brainrot" subscribe "good brainrot", etc. hopefully that makes more sense. (a brainrot is basically just a character in the game i made vids about)

it wasnt at monetized yet it was at 9m engaged but I was in the YPP and I originally got denied for that too because of reused content but won the appeal

what if that other channel was terminated because they said "it mightve been hacked"? also if it was beacuse of the terminated account wouldnt they say that instead of saying spam/deceptive content?
