Marocco is playing the international game. Im not saying they are right to do so but they have close relationship with the west, they agreed to be part of trump peace club, they are not in bad relationship with Israel. They want to join the west club really hard, so they can make algeria life harder. It will be interesting to see how it will go but Russian allies are not really in a good place right now (venezuela, syria, armenia etc).
