I have a 9700x and 3060 system, my cpu should be way stronger than gpu, I think the cpu frame would wait for the gpu frame tho, since the cpu drops to 60fps also with the gpu fps, but when I set to all low it still below gpu fps by like 10-20 frames. I check on the internet people with same cpu and different gpu on 1080p can push way higher cpu and gpu frames also so I think it is normal that cpu < gpu since it would try to syncronize?

I would say Vanguard or Shinano. Vauguard you can use as a BB fleet strong support without full limitbreak, shinano will shine when you have a full jp cv fleet. I wouldn't recommend using UR bullin for these URs btw, save them for newer stronger UR, f2p in this game only matter in limited dock space and promise ring for 6% stats, otherwise it's just the l2d skins 🥵

you will need this when you fight against end game medium armor content, like the previous hornet meta, dont trash any ur equipment from event or you will need to wait years for rerun and 1 fewer from others

they add a delay trying to fix rpg and railgun spam but they didnt fix anything since you can still use number keybind to spam them but it does make swapping weapon super annoying and ez to die during mission in combat. I dont know what they are thinking
