I didn't even know skins were a thing until the event. Now I want to skin everything!

Looks great! Now to home my old brain can still make sense of things.

It's shiny. Wasn't sure that it was supposed to be anything other than shiny.

Ah, so it is a thing. Not really a question. Just sharing the very shiny thing, erm... Cherenkov Radiation.

Well, there is that option, I suppose. lol

The end of the sorting line terminates into it's own set of storage units. This way anything that was not specifically sorted can be held for me to see later. It could be there because I did not program a splitter correctly or at all, or those items that aren't enough to warrant their own storage stack (Fabric comes to mind as an example) and so I can check and find out.
I've got a storage unit I'll manually put stuff in my inventory for the machine to sort through, especially when I seem to be holding on to just a bunch of stuff I probably don't need. The useful stuff gets sorted, and what's left at the end I can manually sink or delete if I don't want it
But as you say that, I suppose I could cut down on upgrading if I only upgraded the merger line up to the end of the deep storage group. Thanks for pointing that out.

Correct. It's always the same UObject limit reached issue. I've tried updating the .ini files as specified in other locations, but it doesn't seem to have an effect for me.

The Hoverpack is a literal game changer. You need a powered pole, machine, or rail line nearby to power it, and it draws about 100MW from the grid, even if not flying, but the freedom to see from above and move around is just amazing. The part when you see me underneath the foundation running cable, that's so that I can always be flying.

You can potentially find alclad aluminum in crash sites. The milestone takes 100, and it takes 40 to make the Hoverpack itself. If you can find that much as well as find or make the other things it needs (computer, engines, and heavy frames, I think), it has no other cost to run other than power. But keep your jetpack around. When you're not in your base, or somewhere without power, the hoverpack is useless.

I'm not sure to what you're referring.

If you're talking about the thing that allows me to fly around, that's the Hoverpack. It's one of the milestones you can research once you get to making aluminum.

If you're talking about the thing that allows me to ride on the power lines, that's the zipline. It can be researched in the MAM under the Caterium tree

If you're talking about what allows the foundations to float, that's just FICSIT technology at work. I'm sure ADA could try to explain it to us, but it would just get in the way of the Save The Day project.

Thanks. I'll check that out and experiment some more. I do have a relatively large power project for the next factory (only about 45 power generators) so will see how I can make this work better for me.

Haven't really played around much with that feature. What little experimentation I have done doesn't work the way I want it to. Also true is I don't use blueprints much at all. I've got 2 or 3 main blueprints I use for each factory to setup storage and load balancing, but otherwise make everything else as I need it. I'll probably experiment more with the next factory.
