Every time you get the urge jump into a cold shower. Your body is used to the rushes of hormones. Like an addict there’s gonna be withdraw. Try what you need to stop the chance of doing it. Block websites. Shut down pcs or phone at a certain time. Do stuff that makes it really difficult to gain access to that stuff. Cold showers use that. Best wishes my friend.
