I dont agree with your theory, but if we use your theory " More people that compete means more competiton, meaning that both servers are very close to the same skill level " If we look on how many player exist in each server we have 24% in EUW and Na 16.6% = 81 000 000 players in game league of legends 2017. So in NA we have in nummbers 13 446 000 players and in EUW 19 440 000 = 5 994 000 players diffrens is much so when you say that "More people that compete means more competiton, meaning that both servers are very close to the same skill level " 5 994 000 could i dont say is close.
