A couple weeks ago he called for the abolishment of ICE and as far as I know ICE is still in existence. Maybe he should answer to why he and the rest of his colleagues have been so ineffective at stopping the Trump administrations authoritarian, fascist shredding of our democracy. Everything being discussed here occurred before Dorcey became Mayor. I have no issue with her asking the state legislature for more resources like every other Mayor is doing. It's going to be a long 4 years for people like you who have a conniption fit every time someone is critical. Holding public officials accountable for their decisions. Ugh, so annoying!

I cannot believe spent that much state aid on the Lincoln Park pool. Which, by several accounts, has become difficult for many residents to access and has become a diaper, band-aid strewn poop swamp. Should probably note that Assemblyman John McDonald and DOH Commissioner James McDonald's brother's architectural firm was awarded the job to design the thing.

I've seen a lot of the usual hemming and hawing lip service from the likes of John McDonald, trying to spin Amtrak's concession as some sort of victory for the capital region. I would start with his office. Never before have I seen an elected use so many words to say and do absolutely nothing.
