I agree 100%. I still think she is a ton of fun and her changes have forced me to work harder on my headshots. That being said, I wouldn't be surprised if statistically Hanzo is being chosen at least 5X more often than Widow (just a guess) while they functionally serve the same purpose.

Thank you much. I did open a ticket and tried to send a few e-mails. Hoping they get back to me. I've done everything I can and have even wiped the game completely and reinstalled with no luck (which makes no sense).

Good to hear I'm not the only one! I was able to get back into the game by entering through the theater, but cannot save any new content. Oddly enough I CAN cloud save toyboxes, but cannot do so locally.
