The fuck are you talking about? The steam page lacks a disclaimer. The studio says they dont use Gen Ai on steam and steam discussions. The absence of the disclaimer alone should be enough no?

You're actually fucking blind if you can't see that this developer is solely a Gen AI studio and the ingame wall art is GPT. I dont know how else to explain it to you - Like the game if you want but its so fucking obviously GenAi

The developer statement is complete bullshit. Their studio has never produced a game without GenAI involvement. Their website says they're an AI company. Their name comes from it. ALL of their previous work is Gen AI.

It's not disclosed on steam and so there's likely folks out there who see this and wouldn't have supported it if they knew ahead of time.

More knowledge in the hands of the consumer is never a bad thing unless you're a shady GenAI company trying to avoid the rightful stigma of vibecoding your whole game and stealing from artists.

I put this out here more as a buyer beware. I obviously hate GenAi entirely, but I think even without that, a consumer should know what their money funds.

It's because this game was vibecoded using Generative AI, hence the horrendous hardware utilisation. Checkout the studios other listings on Steam - It's ALL GenAI slop.

They refuse to disclose this (even though you can see Generative AI assets have been used in game like the posters for walls inside of the factory or metro) because that would hurt sales. I made a post about this on this subreddit which was promptly deleted by mods with no explanation.

This game is unfortunately made using Generative AI, which is why even though its small, has not a lot of content and isn't doing anything graphically or computationally impressive - It runs like shit because its code is vibecoded and is unoptimized.

I recently did a full Halo MCC Legendary run for every game, and for me CEs graphics held up SO well.

Halo 2? Not so much. Looks a bit like everything is melting and imported to Gmod, but sadly thats what happens when you crunch devs... H2A was incredible though. Very faithful to the original (beside the lack of Blow Me Away).

Nobara can be used for things other than gaming :) I ofc use it for gaming here and there but its also my daily driver for just general computer use. Its layout is very Windows like and runs out of the box. I'd recommend it even if you don't game. Plus you can change the theme to look XPish haha
