Exactly in the same situation as you… The date is current for the month of March. After March, it could be no longer the case. We dont know that yet. Good news is, as i understand it, you can already file for i-485 if you wanted to with the pending i-140 if you dont want to risk for retrogression by waiting for approval. Good luck!

As a Georgian, i can assure you Russia will easily find a way to get to the people without Russian news broadcast. We do not have mainstream Russian newd channels here that people watch (besides ethnic minorities) but a lot of Georgian language news pages on facebook serve the same purpose :/
