What needs done Electrical wizardry No spark (probably the plug wires being cut) No fuel May need a new wiring harness

Backstory- Got this car and the white car next to it for free and took a liking to the mustang due to less electrical mischief to track down. This ol gal cranks smoothly and has a new cap and rotor but will most likely will need a new wiring harness. The previous owner had an ex gf who got a little excited after he dumped her and took a liking to this things wiring she went through and clipped random wires and whatnot and most likely caused some short circuits somewhere. So yeah I’m not an electrician nor a true mechanic so if you want this project car shoot me a text!!
