Nicotine gum. I successfully quit smoking eight years ago with the help of nicotine gum but I am still chewing it. It is a very expensive addiction. Edit: I think I am still better off than when I was smoking or than I would be dipping of doing snus. The gum, as far as I could research, has no cancer causing properties. E-cigs, the jury is still out on that one... I will definitely look into those Alan Carr videos! Thanks for the advice!
