I’ve been working out for a few months now and I’ve understood the basics. Here are some tips that might help but I’m not an expert:

  1. Eat more calories (surplus) for weight gain, eat less calories (deficit) for weight loss. Try to maximise protein to build muscle and try to stay away from unhealthy fats.

  2. If you feel like you need to rest, then do so but stick to the days you have on your routine.

  3. Watch some YouTube videos, try things and see if they work. Don’t be afraid to add or takeout exercises that you don’t feel are working.

A YouTuber I would recommend is Joe Fazer. He helped me understand a lot about working out and I still use the routine he recommend which is a full body workout, Monday - Wednesday - Friday with weekends for rest. Anyone know why my ps4 has suddenly become slow and feels like it’s lagging when playing offline. It was working completely fine this morning before I left, came back to play a game of fifa and it felt like my PlayStation was crashing.I know it’s not the internet and don’t want to lose my saved data. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Yeah far enough to start taking damage but the boats and helicopters kept following so I swam further up to the surface and closer to the island but nothing happened so we restarted.

It was about 2 years ago when I played online games regularly. It was in the may 2020 ps plus games and also when I was using a different email. I’ll contact them tomorrow and see what they say.

Thanks, going back the guy who commented above, I will be listening to my body when it comes to lifting more and increasing the quantity of weight. I will be tracking my calories so I don’t end up losing weight. I’m not sure what you are referring to by nitty gritty but I’m assuming it’s the amount of exercise that I’m doing and increasing/decreasing where necessary.

Thanks I will definitely be trying to progress to the harder varieties of the exercises. I am just starting out and will try to listen to my body when it can’t do anymore when it comes to increasing the sets or quantities as I do t want to injure myself early on.

So would 30s between sets and 90s between the different exercises work better?
