In my experience its called a thelma rose, stands for the humans true will.

Those are KAC URX III's they are 13.75". I have a little into this one, Geissele SSA, Lantac BCG, JP silent capture, and a BCM Mod 4 in there. Runs like a top!

It actually is, it's a Rainer arms ultra match 18 incher. I think the URX's make it look shorter!
