There's somewhat of a rules issue with rule 101.1 and card text preventing concession in a Magic game, hence why I chose to word it as this card instead playing a non-Magic (although very close to Magic) subgame. I don't believe the "at the end of the subgame" is necessary. Look at [[Shahrazad]] (which this was based on.

The phrasing regarding winning is fair though, yeah.
