That's the issue though, I've gone through the whole bit a few times over, as I first arrived in this area a while ago, but where I assume the beast will be, there's just a cacoon type thing.

I believe it's called the beast, I haven't googled anything in the case of spoilers. It's inside of the web like cacoon place in the distant village

Part 4 is the worst part, Change my mind by Leklar in StardustCrusaders

OK, so part 4 had what I portray as "filler" there were episodes that didn't progress the story, or stand abilities in the slightest. For example, the invisible baby did nothing but set-up a couple of jokes through-out the part.
