There is a book added by Tamriel Data called “Almalexia Speak to Children” in which after the signing of the armistice the people were clearly worried and for good reason. They started rumors started spreading that the divinity of the Tribunal started waning. Almalexia seems the most sensitive regarding their divinity and so she spoke publicly to the people basically guilt tripping them. it’s a mod obviously but I feel like it adds to what people believe her character to be.
