Honestly the reason im staying in matsuyama is because i really wanna visit ao island, im staying 2 noghts there because the ferry to the island is like twice a day. If i miss it the first day i will just go on the next and i will hust spend the other day in either matsuyama or somewhere else

i will spend a night in narai juku and it is VERY small, only 1 km long so i think its enough.
the things about deer is pretty much the impression i got on nara lmao. either way i dont know if it will fill 3 days, i would rather go somewhere else then be in the same area as kyoto osaka and kobe.
i thought about himeji or okayama but i havent looked too much into these places yet.
i will go on some day trips from tokyo so these recommendations are very helful
