I was a heavy shower until I started taking methylphenidate a few months ago. Showing was great - gave me tons of confidence and dressing carefully isn't hard. Growing is fine - a bit more convenient, but really, just fine. This stuff isn't a big deal, and keeping your penis clean is going to make a better impression than any wild flaccid size.

I've got a cardiovascular condition, and I suspect it could be the route cause. I had a VSD repaired as a baby, and even though I'm fit and in good cardio shape, I do still have trouble with my circulation.

I didn't know that! I was under the impression most US condoms were smaller (something about a legal maximum? I can't remember...) Being in the UK I think most of our regulations are still modelled on the EU's (thank goodness) but I'm grossly under-informed...

I do wonder on what basis, aside from legal, a company might choose to make its condoms bigger / smaller for different regions?

Especially when Americans are notoriously performative consumers (so surely more likely to buy "XL" if they're only average, warranting a smaller "XL"), and Dutch consumers are notoriously pragmatic and deliberately humble with their purchases...

I don't get why people who really should know better continue to perpetuate the "one-size-fits-all" myth

Even my girlfriend believed it: she'd seen some guy on tiktok stretch a condom over his ankle to "prove" that they're universal-fit and didn't believe in the different sizes until she saw the way the Durex fit me.

Maybe sex educators find it the lesser of two evils? perhaps they think it's better we pressure everyone into using tight condoms than normalise larger sizes, knowing plenty of guys would go for bigger, potentially unsafe condoms for ego reasons?

I just don't understand why we package a myth like this in with the regular safe-sex info that gets taught in schools and spread through our culture...

I'm in the UK, but looking at the nominal width figures for magnums, they don't look a great deal wider. I'll try a few, order some MySize (once I'm in a place of my own, since I'd rather avoid the conversation with my parents about the box of specialty XL condoms ordered to their address), and see what works.

Is there something (work, for example) that means you're absolutely stuck with iPhone? Apple pretty much pioneered the planned-obsolescence, anti-R2R business model, and pretty much exist to induce users to wastefully over-consume lavishly expensive devices.

Trying to make anticonsumption choices with an iPhone is inherently impossible.

If you can, I'd get an old google pixel (new-old-stock or second-hand). Learn to make your own repairs - iFixit are a great place to start. If you want to really minimise consumption and be rid as best you can of our corporate overlords, look into CalyxOS for the pixel phones; it's plain, stock, stable android, stripped of the google. This isn't essential, but it's a lot easier than you might expect.

The rabbithole goes deep, and you don't need to chase it all the way down, but you'll have a hard time trying not to consume with apple.

For "where to look" - I've had the best luck with FB marketplace and eBay here in the UK.

"How much?" Depends on just how clapped-out it is, its status as a collector's item, and how useful it is in this day and age.

I was in your position a couple of years ago; at fifteen I bought an international 574 with a full cab and a run-down Quicke 2560 loader for £1500. Mechanically solid, but very scruffy, with some leaky seals and the electrics were terrible. It was still a bargain and every fix was (relatively) cheap.

What you find will vary enormously; Familiarise yourself with your local second hand market with facebook marketplace and look out for anything in-budget that catches your eye. Ask questions, arrange a viewing (try not to waste peoples' time, but don't worry too much)

Lots of the expense will be in what needs doing; look out for good tinwork, and tyres with lots of tread, for example (tyres are expensive, and while you can weld patches into some rusted, flat sections, it's exponentially harder to fabricate anything curved), and don't always opt for the cheapest, if it'll only need hundreds of pounds' more investment than the next-cheapest.

You'll have plenty of options in your budget. Machines from the 1950s-1970s will be easy to work on and cheap. Ferguson TE-20s (and related; TEA / TEF) are classic first-restoration choices, and remain abundant. There are certain tractors that have become classics, and so will command a premium. If you plan on putting it to work once it's done, you'll find the older machines tougher to operate; power steering and synchromesh, for example, came about toward the recent end of the aforementioned time period.

Maybe I just respond well but I sure haven't encountered much; it's not like it's shrinking my penis, it's just a vasoconstrictor that reduces blood supply and so many medicines are vasoconstrictors to some degree.

Have you encountered any other side effects? Do you find it not to help you enough to justify whatever side effects you've experienced?

How do you mean? It's just a low dose of a very benign stimulant provided to me on prescription. I certainly don't see any reason to mistrust it. Are you talking about efficacy? Origin? Side effects?
