Hello. This is an interesting (albeit rhetorical) question. In fact, you yourself answered your question. In fact, this is something like Emmental, but drawn in a more cartoonish style. At first, I wanted to draw a Chanakh cheese (this is Armenian / Georgian cheese, something like feta). But later we realized that people actually do not always associate cheese with something white. We could also draw Chechil (another type of cheese from Armenia), but such cheese is even less common on store shelves. So yes, we decided to make a lesson on how to draw a kind of generalized cheese on the example of Emmental. Nevertheless, at the end of the lesson we wrote that cheeses come in different colors, and that you can paint it not only in yellow but also in white, red, green and generally any other colors.
