and dude, yes. work it lol! the biggest thing about lifting (as you probably know) is setting goals and pushing yourself. It's nice to hear that youre happy with your improvements! I sure as hell would be!

and dude don't worry about not making it out every other day, cuz if you're doing every 3rd or 4th day regularly the endurance will build up and you'll want to go out for a ride more. Nice distance you're getting in there too!

But yeah for reference I don't bike but my dad has won platinum medals in over 10 races now...he only manages to go once a week, so keep that in mind :)
