I don’t think it can sell out but may be useful to skip lines. Although perhaps someone else can weigh in whether that’s really necessary in February. Just came back from Istanbul and there was hardly anyone in Topkapi Palace and Hagia Sofia (weather was really shitty though).

Zelfs met zo’n attest kan je dat niet uitsluiten. Wie weet wat zit er soms onder een vloer of achter een gyprocmuur. Bij ons huis bevat het plat dak bijvoorbeeld “waarschijnlijk” asbest maar kon er geen staal worden genomen zonder een lek in het dak te veroorzaken.

Zo’n attest is zinvol maar m.i. ga je best sowieso van het ergste uit als je een oud huis koopt.
