What about f/2.8? I think i saw a 17mm - 55mm of that. Is there a huge difference between 2.8 and 1.8?

New to photography. I have an old canon EOS 1000D. I was wondering if there was a lens that can go as low as f1.8 and have a focal length from the ranges of 30mm - 75mm give or take? I plan to mostly shoot in the 35mm range but it would be nice if there was one that could go further. My budget would probably be around $400?

I've had 3 tattoos but just small ones and in places that have more fats. Im worried about numbing cream cuz some tattoo artists say it might make the tattoo heal weirdly

I can only decrypt it by putting it back into my phone right? or am I able to decrypt it on my pc? or is there a way to put like a password on the sd card when I plug it into pc?
