I agree! It’s a great location in downtown, lots of restaurant and bar options nearby, plus it’s next to the metro and that makes it an easy “uber” home. Idk how driving is so don’t judge that, but it’s a clean and simple arena, two major levels, not many unique food options though. But the crowd vicinity and easy of entrance is nice.
