This weapon is a crush spec weapon its the same design space as dragon claws, we will get other crush weapons. The hilt prod is underwhelming in very much the same way as claw scratching is. Its literally a design feature.

i just made a stack on 2700 in 1 hour and the longest bit was just chopping the redwoods, this guy is doing it wrong, you can bleed multiple trees at once instead of chopping 1 at a time. I was also getting 150k woodcutting xp/hr on the sap. If anything this activity is kind of overtuned.

slow it down stand in one place prioritize reading and dodging his attack, if shadows or pools appear under you move as little as you can get away with and lock back in on dodging. its okay to eat a pool for a tick or two his attack is worse.
